A sophisticated cowl-front, cowl-back blouse with an asymmetrical hem and neck ties for added flare. The blouse has beaded rope ties to secure the cowl back, paired with our signature flared skirt.. Blouse is fastened with 2 side zippers and is fully lined. Blouse fabric is mid-stretch silk. Skirt fabric is matte sateen.
